Hi.
I am wondering if any of you have got the sony ICD-UX80 recorder.
I have got it and i like it but i have got some questions about it.
First of all i don't know how we can change the recording level on the recorder.
If i press the navigation button left and right during recording only the output level changes and not the recording level. I tried up and down instead but it didn't work either.
Also in the reviews it says about a microphone sensitivity swich but i can't find it. The only two swiches i find on the recorder is the on and off swich which works as a key lock when the recorder is recording or playing a file back and also there is another swich which plays a sound slower during playback but during recording it doesn't seam to do anything.
Also i would like to know how i can change the recording quality.
Over all i think it is a nice recorder and i like the fact that you don't need any additional software to transfer files from the recorder to the computer. Also you don't need a kable to connect it on the computer because the usb thing is on the recorder itself.
So if any of you have got this recorder please share your accessibility tips here.
Also another question.
Is it possible to put it on standby without recording so you can listen to the sound you are getting in your headphones before starting the recording? At the moment if i press the record button it starts recording strate away.
Anyway i will wait your replies.
Thanks
